Robert Shoemaker

Florida Market President & Chief Lending Officer

Robert G. Shoemaker, MBA is a seasoned financier with an extensive background in commercial banking, consulting, operational and executive management, development and construction of residential and mixed-use communities, private equity fund raising/deal selection/deal management, and workouts of distressed loans and investments. For the past 10 years, Mr. Shoemaker has been working with FNB Pasco as a commercial loan officer, specializing in acquisition, development, and construction lending. More recently. Mr. Shoemaker was promoted to Chief Lending Officer and joined the executive management team of the bank, where he leads a dynamic team of professional bankers focused on helping their customers realize their American Dream.

John Evenhouse

SVP & Commercial Relationship Manager

John graduated from the University of South Florida in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in finance.  After graduating, he joined First National Bank of Pasco, starting his banking career in the loan operations department. After a short time in operations, John originated consumer loans and residential mortgages. Once the financial crisis hit the global economy, John served the bank as its Special Assets Officer. After working his way out of that job function, he became a full-time commercial loan and relationship officer.  After 18 years at the bank, he has closed over $100MM in a wide variety of loans. John graduated from the Florida School of Banking in 2012 and is a graduate of Leadership Pasco in 2010.

Angela Miller

SVP & Residential Mortgage Loan Officer

I began my banking career in 2005 after relocating to Florida from Michigan, transitioning from the medical field.  I started as a teller, gaining firsthand experience in customer service and banking operations.  From there, I moved to the deposit back operations department, further developing my knowledge of banking processes.  My next step was joining the loan department as a processor, where I honed my expertise in mortgage products and built relationships with realtors and title companies.  In 2007, I advanced into loan origination, and over time, I worked my way up to my current role as Senior Vice President Mortgage Loan Officer.  Throughout my career, I've built a reputation for my dedication to exceptional service, attention to detail, and a deep passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

J. Kurt Petersen

SVP & Commercial Relationship Manager

Mr. Petersen, 58, is SVP, Commercial Lending with First National Bank of Pasco.  Immediately prior to joining FNB Pasco, Mr. Petersen co-founded a start-up concept frozen dessert restaurant known as Uptown Snoballs and was formerly SVP, Commercial Lending at Bank OZK (“OZK”).  Prior to joining OZK, Mr. Petersen was SVP, Commercial Lending Team Leader at HomeBanc. Prior to HomeBanc, Mr. Petersen was the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Capital Resources, LLC (“Keystone”), a bank consulting company providing financial products, services, and solutions to Florida community banks.  Immediately prior to founding Keystone in 2010, Mr. Petersen was VP of Correspondent Lending Services for The Independent Bankers’ Bank of Florida—providing direct financing for de novo bank capital raises, purchasing loan participations, and providing liquidity lines of credit for Florida community bank holding companies.

Mr. Petersen started his banking career in 1985 as a teller while in college and graduated from Southeast Bank’s nationally recognized corporate credit and financial analysis training program in Miami, Florida.  Since that time, he has held positions as a business banker, corporate lender, and commercial real estate lender with a number of national, regional, and community banks.  Over the past twenty-five (25) years, Mr. Petersen has made St. Petersburg, Florida, home.  Mr. Petersen served on the board of the Leadership St. Pete Alumni Association and Leadership St. Pete’s planning committee, a division of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and was elected Chairman of Leadership St. Pete in 2013.  He was a member of Eckerd College President’s Associates board of directors, past Vice President and board member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and past Chairman and Co-Founder of the Interbay Peninsula Partnership.  Mr. Petersen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of South Florida in 1988.
