I began my banking career in 2005 after relocating to Florida from Michigan, transitioning from the medical field. I started as a teller, gaining firsthand experience in customer service and banking operations. From there, I moved to the deposit back operations department, further developing my knowledge of banking processes. My next step was joining the loan department as a processor, where I honed my expertise in mortgage products and built relationships with realtors and title companies. In 2007, I advanced into loan origination, and over time, I worked my way up to my current role as Senior Vice President Mortgage Loan Officer.
